What to Expect at a Bodywork Session

Every day is different in your body. If you've been spending long hours at the computer, you may be feeling tension in your neck and shoulders. Maybe you woke up with sore muscles from working out too hard. Or perhaps you suffer chronic pain from a car accident. On each visit, we'll assess what's going on in your body. Then we'll design your session around your needs of the moment, while keeping your long term goal in mind. We might work on one specific area or do a full body massage using one or a variety of modalities. Either way, you'll leave feeling relaxed and relieved, with an overall sense of well-being.
